Privacy Policy

E. L. Chase ("we", "us") runs elchaseofficial.com. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit.

What we collect

This website has no accounts or comments. The only form is the rights enquiry form. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

Rights enquiries

If you send a rights enquiry through the contact form, we store the details you enter (name, email, company, message) and forward them by email so we can reply. We do not use them for anything else.

Analytics

If we enable analytics, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which books interest readers. For visitors in the UK and EEA analytics cookies stay off until you accept.

Amazon links

Buy links take you to Amazon, which has its own privacy policy. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU you may ask what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Because we do not collect personal information through this site, there is usually nothing to delete.
